Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He began in the year 2007. Additionally, he is Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is committed to educating the younger generation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
